Research edition 03: in-house FogLab and a corrected planning model
Set the development path to an in-house FogLab and published Build Spec v0.1 as a design and quotation brief. Updated the collaboration and scientist invitations around instruments, qualification and independent review. Corrected the sample planner to the protocol’s upper pilot-SD rule and noncentral-t power calculation: its default is 35 valid confirmation days, with pilot and other work separate. Added the West Texas charged-droplet paper, a scoped notebook note and a separate two-grant aerial-electrostatic patent register. All 268 research records remain accessible; 250 metadata-only detail pages are now excluded from search indexing. The published protocol remains v0.2 and no experimental result is reported.
Research edition 02: a clearer invitation to build
Added the founding-scientist invitation and application route, expanded the facility-partner brief, clarified the founder’s program role, improved responsive artwork and mobile navigation, and introduced research-scope and catalog-data pages. That edition included 266 journal records and one explicitly labeled preprint. The protocol remains WX-FOG-001 v0.2; these website changes do not report new experimental results.
Research edition 01: the first public research resource
Established the 266-record journal library, 15 working scientific tools, eleven research fields, scoped evidence notes, the research notebook and the proposed WX-FOG-001 v0.2 experiment. Added a concise explanation of electrostatic fog collection beside the FogLab introduction.
Protocol versioning
WX-FOG-001 v0.2 remains the current published protocol. Build Spec v0.1 is an implementation proposal, not a silent protocol amendment or a registered experiment. Any preliminary powered-fog search, recirculation design or change in qualification requirements must be explicitly scoped and versioned before the affected data are collected. A future protocol change should identify the previous version, the reason for the change and the data it governs. Website edits do not silently change the experimental plan.
