How to read this guide.
Established physical relationships explain possible mechanisms. A published experiment shows what the named researchers observed in their apparatus. Weatherhill’s proposed application is a further question. An original schematic makes the relationship easier to see; it is not an observation.
The six chapters use equations as transparent educational models. Their assumptions are adjacent to the outputs. None supplies a construction specification, certifies a facility or predicts a field result.

Proposed readiness rules, evidence coverage and critical-gap treatment. Not a validated prediction of losses or a regulatory certification.
Current stage and corrections.
FogLab remains an instrument-development program with a proposed protocol. FogFarm and PondFall remain development and research directions. Acoustic and pulsed-air concepts need their own tests. Weatherhill Score is a functioning assessment workbench using a pilot methodology; it is not a validated loss model.
